In our office off Park Avenue on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York City, we offer a broad range of surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic plastic surgery procedures tailored to your individual needs. Dr. Hutchinson has extensive experience in aesthetic breast plastic surgery procedures for breast enhancement, including breast augmentation with saline and silicone breast implants, breast lift (mastopexy) with and without breast augmentation, and breast reduction. She also performs liposuction, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), and facial plastic surgery procedures including eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), nasal surgery (rhinoplasty), facelift, and neck lift surgery. Our minimally invasive procedures for facial rejuvenation include Botox® treatments, fillers such as Juvéderm®, and fat graft injections or lipofilling.

Dr. Olivia Hutchinson

Dr. Olivia Hutchinson is a Harvard and Columbia educated, board certified female plastic surgeon in New York City with specialized training in aesthetic plastic surgery. She has been named one of the best plastic surgeons in New York by her peers and is known for her superb surgical skills. With nearly two decades of surgical experience, she has extensive expertise in a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. She practices at her Upper East Side office off Park Avenue in NYC and several fully accredited hospitals in Manhattan. She is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). She has lectured and published extensively, both in the United States and abroad. A mother of five, she also volunteers for Healing the Children and has traveled to Colombia to provide free surgical services to needy children.

Selecting a surgeon to perform your plastic surgery is a complex and serious process. Dr. Hutchinson takes the time to personally advise patients on the many plastic surgery options available so that they feel comfortable with their decision. She and her staff are dedicated to excellence, and every patient receives individualized attention.

With a cosmetic plastic surgery practice based in New York City for over a decade, Dr. Hutchinson performs a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. We specialize in “Beauty after Baby”, a unique offering for women who have had children: Mommy Makeover by a Mom – Beauty after Baby.

Insurance

Some patients ask if we accept insurance for cosmetic surgery procedures and treatments. Medical insurance companies generally do not cover aesthetic surgery, because it is elective surgery and they mostly only provide coverage for “medically necessary” procedures. They may, however, consider an exception when there is a medical indication for the procedure, such as for congenital or acquired deformities or conditions that cause functional impairment. Dr. Hutchinson is an out-of-network provider, which means that our office does not participate with any insurance plans. Patients make payments directly to our office and we are happy to send in a claim to your insurance provider for your reimbursement. Dr. Hutchinson will always recommend surgical options for her patients based on her professional assessment and their aesthetic goals, regardless of restrictions imposed by insurance companies.
